HF Media Solution builds and runs AI “digital employees” for service businesses in Malaysia and Singapore. They're automation systems that do the repetitive work: sorting candidates, answering WhatsApp enquiries, preparing social posts. A person stays in charge of every decision that matters.
We work with small service businesses: recruitment agencies, clinics and beauty salons, property agents, tuition centres, and other owner-run teams that live on WhatsApp and Facebook.
Everything is delivered online. We map how you work over video call and WhatsApp, cut the steps that don't need to exist, then build the system on tools you already use, like WhatsApp, Google Sheets and Facebook. There's no shop, no walk-in office and nothing to install on site.
